ANDRE DE CASTRO

Andre De Castro is the Vice President of Pre-Sales and Professional Services of Authenware Corporation. He is responsible for managing all aspects of Authenware's pre-sales initiatives, as well as its professional services offerings to ensure that companies quickly and easily succeed with their deployment of Authentest.

Mr. De Castro has over 17 years of experience in product analysis, enterprise design and integration of complex systems for fortune 500 clients. Prior to Authenware, Mr. De Castro was Assistant Vice President at Citigroup's Fixed Income Division, where he was responsible for all aspects of business process reengineering, with a focus on improving business agility, security and governance, while streamlining business processes.

Previously, Mr. De Castro served as Territory Manager for BEA Systems, where he developed new markets for enterprise software sales in Latin American and Europe. During his tenure, he was recognized as one of the world's foremost experts in global portal deployments, and collaborative enterprise systems through his active involvement in Plumtree Software - a start-up company that acquired public trading status and later was acquired by BEA Systems. He has been a frequent speaker at Analyst seminars for the corporate portal industry.

A creative thinker and inventor, Mr. De Castro is the holder of two U.S. Patents that streamline the installation of electronic products in automotive circuits. Today his personal interests lie in philanthropy and applying his efforts towards raising funds for important causes globally.

Mr. De Castro graduated with honors from State University of New York at Stonybrook, earning a B.S. in Computer Science, with a concentration in artificial intelligence, data mining, and operational systems.
