TOM HELOU

Tom Helou is the president and Chief Operations Officer of Authenware Corporation, responsible for global field operations including corporate strategy, consulting, marketing, sales, alliances, and customer programs.

Prior to joining Authenware, Mr. Helou was with Fuego, as VP of International Sales, and upon its acquisition by BEA Systems in 2006, was placed in charge of BEA's sales for the Business Interaction Division (BID), the fastest growing unit of BEA for 2007 and 2008.

Prior to Fuego, Mr. Helou was the VP of Latin America for Business Objects, and in 2002, he and his team achieved the highest sales growth in the company's history. Mr. Helou also held managerial positions working for PeopleSoft and MRO Software where he was responsible for the development of International Markets for each business.

Mr. Helou began his professional career at Intersoft in Argentina, working closely with Felix Racca. Mr. Helou has a degree in marketing as well as in agronomical engineering, and he continues to participate in graduate courses in marketing, human resources, management and business administration, both as an attendee and speaker.
