Ron Brittian
Chairman (Co-founder)
Ron Brittian is the Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Authenware Corporation. A successful businessman, Mr. Brittian has over 40 years of experience in information technology spanning executive management, venture capital, operations, marketing, and R&D.

As a visionary entrepreneur, Mr. Brittian co-founded and served as CEO for several marquee firms and category leaders, including Citrix Systems and Fuego, a pioneer and leader in the Business Process Management (BPM) software industry.
Currently, Mr. Brittian serves as managing partner for Paladin Ventures Corporation, an established multi-stage private equity and business consulting firm. Previously, he served as General Partner and investor for People-Ventures Management and Brittian Ventures.
Mr. Brittian's professional credentials in the technology sector include serving as executive vice president with Texas Instruments Software, managing a worldwide $230 million a year business providing software application development tools to worldwide Fortune 1000 companies.
Over the course of a distinguished professional career, Mr. Brittian has also held executive positions at Sevin Rosen Funds, where as a limited partner, chairman and CEO of three venture backed companies, he was responsible for raising $22.5 million dollars in funding. Early in his career, Mr. Brittian worked at North American Rockwell Space Division as an engineer, mathematician and programmer on the Apollo spacecraft program.
Mr. Brittian received his Master's of Applied Science, Computer Science at Southern Methodist University, after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of North Texas.
Felix Racca
President & Chief Executive Officer (Co-founder)
Felix Racca is the CTO and co-founder of Authenware Corporation. He is responsible for driving product strategy and product development of AuthenWare Technology, the world´s leading provider of keystroke biometrics.

Racca was previously the founder of Fuego, a Business Process Management software company acquired by BEA Systems in 2006. During his tenure at Fuego, he several positions, serving as CEO, CMO, CVO and member of the board. BEA Systems was subsequently acquired by Oracle in 2008.
Racca also founded Intersoft, a large ERP Company with presence in Asia, Europe and Latin America. He was the CEO and major shareholder. From its origins in 1983, Mr. Racca managed to grow the business at an average composite rate of 100 percent a year until 1996 when he sold the company to the management team.
Mr. Racca is the co-author of a best-selling 2003 Harvard Business Review book entitled "Business Services Orchestration". He has also authored numerous articles on topics including business development, Human Resources, business strategy and execution, and business process management, among many others.
Mr. Racca is a system engineer. He holds an MBA and continues to participate in graduate courses and seminars. Additionally, Mr. Racca is a professor at several universities across the United States.
Judy Banks
Chief Financial & Operating Officer
Judy Banks is the Chief Financial Officer at Authenware Corporation. Charged with developing and executing the company’s financial model, Banks oversees corporate strategy, tax planning, accounting and reporting, internal auditing and investor relations.

Banks has over 20 years of management experience spanning early-stage enterprises to Fortune 500 companies. Following best practices, Banks has built an extensive portfolio of financial models and has implemented traditional policies and procedures into the archetypes of growing companies. Prior to joining Authenware, she served as the Director of Finance & Operations for Banta Integrated Media, a subsidiary of Banta Corporation $1.6 billion enterprise. Overseeing operations, corporate planning and finance, Banks led the strategic planning and corporate finance initiatives that grew the company into four separate subsidiaries including one acquisition.
Throughout her career, Banks has held senior financial executive positions where she developed sophisticated financial models and deployed innovative investment practices for fast-growth businesses. Most recently, Banks served as a strategic advisor for The Brighton Company where she offered budgetary counsel to technology start-up companies.
Banks received her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Maine and her MBA in Finance from Suffolk University.
Daniel Caselles
Chief Technology & Support Officer (Co-founder)
Daniel Caselles is the vice president of research and development of Authenware Corporation. He is responsible for development and assurance of its world-class security technology, AuthenWare Technology. Mr. Caselles is an entrepreneur, international professor, science researcher, musician and promoter of social causes for sustainable development.

During his career, Mr. Caselles has co-founded several software and IT corporations such as the Mendoza Software Factory S.A., and Mendoza Technology Cluster, and he was a Director at VALOS, a non-profit organization which promotes Corporate Social Responsibility practices. He is also a partner at the AVINA Foundation.
As an Executive MBA Program university professor, Mr. Caselles has taught both IT and Project Management in more than 10 countries. He has two MBAs and a European Science Researcher certification awarded by Universidad de Jaén, Spain. He is a PhD candidate and is conducting research in Corporate Social Responsibility for his Doctoral Dissertation at the Universidad de Jaén in Spain. Co-authored the books "The Management and the challenge of turbulence" and "Professional Project Management" both published by Prentice-Hall (Pearson), in 2009"
Miguel Arrighi
Vice President of Research & Development (Co-founder)
Miguel Arrighi is the Vice-President of research and development at AuthenWare Corporation. He is responsible for the development and quality assurance of AuthenWare's world-class security technology.

Mr. Arrighi has more than 20 years of experience in software development and technology management. He has a degree in Computer Information Systems from the Universidad de Mendoza and is an original member of the AuthenWare development team.
An entrepreneur and a businessman, Mr. Arrighi is a founding partner of Sílice, a long-standing software company based in Mendoza, Argentina. Before joining in the creation of AuthenWare, he was a lead software developer for Sílice and represented Sílice as an external technology consultant for International Organizations. Under his leadership, AuthenWare has been recognized with three successive international certifications, namely, Common Criteria, ISO 9001, and IBG.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Arrighi has been contracted to manage development projects for both government agencies and private businesses. As a professor, Mr. Arrighi has taught international courses for 15 years at several universities and institutions. Locally, he has participated as organizer and leader of an initiative to provide educational technology programs to students from elementary to university level. As part of his continuing education, Mr. Arrighi has completed post-graduate courses in Artificial Intelligence, Leadership, Project Management and Quality Assurance.
